Do you allow me to oversell?
Yes, all resellers accounts come with overselling available. Overselling allows you to sell more disk space and bandwidth than you actually have, however can only use the allocated amount. This enables you to maximize your profit, however overselling should be carried out in moderation.
Do you provide custom name servers?
Yes, all packages come with free custom name servers. Custom name servers allow your customers to use ns1.yourdomainname.com, ns2.yourdomainname.com, ns3.yourdomainname.com and ns4.yourdomainname.com Please note that we do not issue dedicated IP with the custom name servers
What is the host account limit?
This is the maximum of number of CPanel accounts that your plan will allow you to host with us. Our platinum account allows you to host unlimited accounts
What happens if one of my customers violates Forever Hosting terms and conditions?
If one of your customer violates our terms and conditions we will suspend that particular account and not your entire resellers account. We will then notify you to let you know that one of your accounts has been suspended and the reason why this has happened. We will then expect you to take appropriate action. Please be aware that several violations can result in more drastic action from being taken.
Can you transfer accounts for me?
Yes, certain accounts allow 25 accounts to be migrated to us free of charge. Please click here for more details
How much will I receive if my site goes down?
If we do not meet your 99.9% uptime then the following credit will apply:
99.5 - 99.89 = 70% service credit
99.0 - 99.49 = 80% service credit
98 - 99 = 90% service credit
97.99 - 95.00 = 100% service credit
Please be aware that we issue credit to you and not your customers
Do you offer SSH access?
We do not provide SSH due to security reasons
Do you provide shared SSL?
No sorry, however we provide competitive GeoTrust SSL certificates and certain accounts come with a free dedicated SSL. More details can be found at from our SSL Certificate section found here
What is provided with my free SSL?
Certain accounts come with a free dedicate SSL. This SSL is RapidSSL (128bit encryption) from GeoTrust and comes with a free site seal. Please note that you must purchase a dedicated IP in order to use this. A dedicated IP costs £2.00 per a month or £19.00 per a year. Different types of SSL certificates can be purchased separately.
Do you have any RAM and CPU limitations?
We have no set limits on RAM and CPU, however we do expect our customers to respect other users and be fair and considerate with what they use
What forms of payment do you accept?
We except Master Card, Visa Electron, Visa Delta and Visa credit card
How long will it take for my account to become active after payment?
Please allow 1-4 days for the resellers account to become active. Please allow 5-7 days for free UK domains to be set up and active
Can I purchase additional web space and bandwidth?
If you have exceeded our platinum resellers account please contact us so we can issue you details on the cost additional disk space and or bandwidth.
