1 Forever Hosting will register one .co.uk, .org.uk or .me.uk free of charge which the customer may use in conjunction with their web hosting account. Domain names cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Forever Hosting reserves the right to hold ownership of the domain at all times and should the customer wish to modify the name servers or move the domain to another provider a one off fee of £5 fee will be required. The domain name will be valid as long as the customer has an active account with Forever Hosting and the promotional offer has not expired. By requesting a domain name the user is exempt from the 30 day money back policy. domain names are registered for 2 years and are only available with annual plans
2 A free dedicated RapidSSL is provided to platinum shared web hosting customers on request. This includes installation, but excludes a dedicated IP. The customer may use the dedicated RapidSSL as long as they have an account with Forever Hosting and the promotional offer is still valid. The RapidSSL is non transferable. Forever Hosting reserves the right to discontinue this service. By requesting a RapidSSL the user is exempt from the 30 day money back policy
3 The 30 day money back policy is exempt with any other promotional offer including but not limited to free RapidSSL, free domain name or free trial. The policy is only applicable to web hosting only and servers which included but not limited to dedicated IP, domain names and SSL certificates are not refundable. Forever Hosting will refuses to pay out if the terms and conditions have been violated
5 If a customer closes an account with an remaining months, a refund will not be issued after 30 days from initial sign up date
6 Customers are required to request credit within 72 hours of the incident, otherwise credit may not be valid. Refund is issued in credit only and cash payouts are not made.
