Domain names cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Forever Hosting reserves the right to hold ownership of the domain at all times and should the customer wish to modify the name servers or move the domain to another provider a one off fee of £5 fee will be required. The domain name will be valid as long as the customer has an active account with Forever Hosting and the promotional offer has not expired. By requesting a domain name the user is exempt from the 30 day money back policy. domain names are registered for 2 years and are only available with annual plans
3 The 30 day money back policy is exempt with any other promotional offer including but not limited to free RapidSSL, free domain name or free trial. The policy is only applicable to web hosting only and servers which included but not limited to dedicated IP, domain names and SSL certificates are not refundable.
